Red Wine Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup red wine
  • 3 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbs. vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook for 5 minutes, cool, and marinade meat overnight.
