Ingredients
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup Chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Cold Water
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Dark Bicardi rum
- see note
- 1/4 LB. Butter
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Dark Rum (Bacardi)
Preparation
Step 1
DO NOT ADD INSTANT PUDDING TO THIS RECIPE!!!!
Cook cake completely before adding glaze
When preparing glaze, DO NOT ADD RUM UNTIL SUGAR GLAZE HAS BEEN BOILED.
