Baked Pasta with Mushroom Sauce and Cheese (Kids)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb penne or other pasta shape (2 cups dry)
  • 3/4 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/3 c grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil then add penne, stirring occasionally. Boil 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Add soup and milk to pot and stir over medium heat until blended. Remove from heat; add cooked pasta and sauce in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
