Dumplings for chicken soup from Sue Anns Cedar Inn

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat milk then cool slightly. Beat flour and salt into cooled milk. Drop in eggs one at a time and mix with spoon after each egg. Drop by spoon into boiling chicken soup. When dumplings being to float cook them for 10 minutes.
