Ingredients
- 1 can Clover Leaf salmon, drained and flaked (120 grams)
- 1 can (19 oz.) drained and rinsed canned cannellini beans
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup minced fennel
- 2 sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh dill
- grated rind of one lemon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Toss salmon, beans, celery, fennel green onions with lemon juice and olive oil. Stir in fresh dill, salt and pepper to taste.
