Swedish Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 egg white
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 1 lb pecan halves

Preparation

1. Heat butter in a large baking pan till melted. Beat egg whites in mixer bowl till frothy. Add the Splenda beating till blended. Add the pecans stirring till coated. Spread in the prepared pan and bake at 275F for 45 mins. Stir every 10-15 minutes. Spread on parchment paper till cool
