Ranch Potaoto Crisps

  • 3-4 medium sized baking potatoes, skin on
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg (.4 oz) dry ranch salad dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Slice potatoes into 1/4" thick slices with garnisher. Place sliced potatoes (approximately 4 cups), in batter bowl. Add oil. Stir to coat. Add dry ranch. Put lid on bowl. Shake until potatoes are coated.

Line potatoe slices in a single layer on baking sheet. Do not overlap slices. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
