Candy's Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

• 14 oz. bag frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
• 1 egg, beaten or 1/2 cup egg beaters
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2-3/4 cup cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup crushed ritz crackers
• Salt & pepper
• Hot sauce to taste
• crushed ritz & grated cheese for the top

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and pour into casserole dish. Top with crackers & cheese.

Bake at 375 until just set and browned on top.
