CINNAMON FROSTING ( Imogene Tite Nicholson )

Ingredients

• 1 ) 1 pound powdered sugar
• 2 ) 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 3 ) 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter
• 4 ) 2 tablespoons milk
• 5 ) 1 egg white
• 6 ) dash salt

Preparation

Step 1

(Try on Applesauce or Spice Cake.) Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy, 2 or 4 minutes, on medium speed. Scrape bowl once. Makes enough to frost tops and sides of two 8 or 9-inch layers.
