Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss or mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 1-quart casserole, combine all ingredients.

Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with your favorite dippers.
