Peanut Butter Bursts

Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. peanut butter chips
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In a large bowl,
combine butter, sugars and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy; add egg and beat well. On low speed, gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes.

Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
