Ingredients

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4-6oz each),
  • 1 tsp olive oil,
  • 1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce,
  • 3 cloves minced garlic,
  • 1 tbsp. minced ginger,
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard,
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except chicken. Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Preheat the grill at medium heat. Grill the breasts for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until sufficiently cooked.
