Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4-6oz each),
- 1 tsp olive oil,
- 1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce,
- 3 cloves minced garlic,
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger,
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard,
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except chicken. Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Preheat the grill at medium heat. Grill the breasts for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until sufficiently cooked.
