Ingredients

  • 6

    skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4-6oz each),

  • 1

    tsp olive oil,

  • 1

    tbsp. low sodium soy sauce,

  • 3

    cloves minced garlic,

  • 1

    tbsp. minced ginger,

  • 1

    tbsp. Dijon mustard,

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except chicken. Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Preheat the grill at medium heat. Grill the breasts for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until sufficiently cooked.
