Ingredients
- Anaheim Chili’s
- Chopped Onion
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- oil
- Egg’s (separated)
- Flour

Preparation
Step 1
Grill Anaheim Chili’s until slightly blackened
When done let them sweat, them remove skins
Cut small pocket to remove seeds (where you will be placing cheese)
Mix chopped onion and Monterey jack cheese and form into torpedo (small enough to ensure chili closes completely before frying)
Insert into pocket of chili rellano
Freeze for 20 minutes – for firmness
Batter
Egg whites – beat until fluffy
Add egg yolks
Add flour
Mix by hand
Roll chili’s in flour
Dip in batter
Dip in hot oil to fry
Top with sauce & cheese
Place in oven to melt
Serve with tortilla & beans
