Five ingredients and five minutes is all you need to make these delicious turkey and lettuce roll-ups served with honey Dijon dressing - a no-fuss dinner or lunch. Cut into 1-inch rounds and secure with a toothpick to serve as an appetizer.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons pimiento pasteurized process cheese spread (from 5-ounce jar)
- 2 (7 or 8-inch) Old El Paso® flour tortillas
- 1 (2.5-ounce) package smoked turkey breast slices
- 4 leaves leaf lettuce
- 1/4 cup purchased fat-free or regular honey Dijon dressing

Step 1
Spread cheese spread evenly on tortillas to edges.
