Ingredients

  • 1

    cup peanut butter

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 1

    egg

  • 1

    tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Wah-Bam! Easy, right? Not only are they easy, but they’re gluten-free and take only 10 minutes to bake! • Preheat your over to 325 degrees. • Mix all four ingredients in a large mixing bowl. • Scoop out about a teaspoon of cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Then, wet the back of a fork with water, and dip into sugar. Flatten out cookies with this sugar-covered fork, making basically an X with your fork imprints. • Slide into oven and bake for 10-11 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool for a few minutes before you enjoy with an iced cold glass of milk. This recipe is a classic from my childhood, and because we’re not a sweet-tooth-infused family. It's basically one of the only things my mom would actually bake from scratch. That didn’t matter; this lovely little recipe, originally found on Mr. Food did the trick
