Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium basket of cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced or1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Over medium heat, melt butter and oil in a large skillet.
Add mined garlic. Add cherry tomatoes. Cook and stir over medium heat until skin begin to split (about 3 minutes). Sprinkle with basil or parsley and stir. Pour into a serving dish.
NOTE:
Can omit garlic and add honey. Sprinkle with basil and/or parsley.
