Ingredients
- 1 Tbso Canola Oil
- 8 Boneless Pork Chops (3/4 Inch thick, 8 oz. apiece)
- 1/2 cup packed brow sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onions
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup French Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup Honey

Step 1
In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. In batches, brown pork cops for 2-3 minutes on each side. Return all to pan. In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients, pour over chops. Finish the chops in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until pork chops are cooked through or a thermometer reads 145 degrees. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
