Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 – 2 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp butter

Step 1
Combine sugar & mustard in a heavy saucepan. Stir in vinegar & eggs.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat & blend in butter
