cup cornstarch (Fleischmann’s Canada Corn Starch)
Sift together dry ingredients with wooden spoon, blend in butter until soft, smooth dough forms. Shape into 1inch balls. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet, flatten with lightly floured fork. Bake in 300F over 15-20 mins. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
