Pea Pickin Cake

Ingredients

• Cake
• 1 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 11oz. can mandarin orange slices including juice
• 1 box Golden Butter cake mix (Betty Crocker)
• Pour into sprayed (or greased) 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely.

Preparation

Step 1

Frosting
1 large package of vanilla instant pudding mix
16 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
Fold in 8 oz. Cool Whip

Frost the cake and refrigerate overnight.
