Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup pomergranate syrup
Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Whisk in flour, and cook for 2 minutes, whisking constantly. Whisk in broth and syrup. Reduce heat, and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened nd reduced to about 3/4 cup. Serve warm.
Serve with meat such as Pork tenderloin.
