- 1 1/4 TSP ACTIVE DRY YEAST
- 2 3/4 CUP WATER
- 1 TBSP SUGAR
- 2 CUP BREAD FLOUR

Step 1
MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER THROUGHLY AND PLACE IN A CONTAINER LET FERMENT FOR 10 DAYS, REMOVE FOAM AT TOP, GIVE A GOOD STIRRING AND ADD IN 1 TBSP SUGAR, LET STAND ANOTHER 5 DAYS AND USE 1 CUP, REPLACE WITH ONE CUP WATER AND 1 CUP FLOUR PLACE CLOTH OVER OPENING OF CONTAINER.
