Step 1
Take two scallions and mince the white and light green parts. Thinely slice the dark green tops to reserve as garnish. Place minced scallions, 1/2 c (1 stick) softened putter, 2 tbsp Texas Pete Original hot sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp hoeny and 2 minced garlic cloves in stand mixer with paddle attachment. Beat untili incorporated.
