Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 2 tbsps. vegetable oil
- 2 lg. eggs
- 1 1/3 c. water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients for 2 mins. Bake in a greased 13x9 in. pan at 350 deg. for about 25 min. Sprinkle CRUMBS & bake for 1/2 hr. more.
CRUMBS:
You can double the amounts if you prefer a heavier crumb.
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
1 tbsp. cinnamon
When cake if fully cooked & cooled, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
