  • 3 -4 LB PORK LOIN
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION DICED
  • 5 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
  • 1 1/2 CUP WATER
  • 1/2 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  • 1/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE
  • 3 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 TBSP CUMIN
  • 1 TBSP ANAHEIM CHILI
  • 1 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER

Preparation

Step 1

IN A LARGE SKILLET HEAT THE OIL... COOK THE LION FOR 1 MINUTE ON EACH SIDE, PLACE IN 4 QUART SLOW COOKER. MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND
POUR OVER LOIN COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 6 HOURS
