  • 8 OZ ITALIAN MEAT SAUSAGE
  • 1 LARGE EGG
  • 3 TBSP DRY RED WINE
  • 2 TBSP TOMATO PASTE
  • 1/2 CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 TBSP PARSLEY FLAKES
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC MINCED
  • 1 TBSP PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1 TSP ONION FLAKES
  • 1 TSP SWEET BASIL

MIX ALL INGREADENTS TOGHTER, FORM INTO
BALLS PLACING ON TRAY EVEN SPACING
BAKE IN OVEN FOR 35 TO 45 MINS TILL DONE
