Doug's Red Salsa

Ingredients

  • 18 Roma Tomatoes
  • 2 Yellow Tomatoes
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped fine
  • 8-12 Jalepno small peppers, chopped fine or 4-8 large jalepno peppers
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 5 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Heaping teaspoons of Cilantro, chopped fresh
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon of pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chile powder (optional)
  • 1/2 to 1 Teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 3/4 capful vinegar
  • 1/2 Tablespon ground chipotle pepper (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients well and allow flavors to blend overnight for fullest flavor.
