Brandy Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. firmly crushed vanilla wafers (about 60)
  • 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c. brandy
  • 1/4 light corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Combine wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and nuts. Stir in brandy and corn syrup, add a little water (1 1/4 tsp.) if necessary to form mixture into 3/4" balls. Roll in sugar, store in tightly covered container.
