Ingredients
- Makes about 1/4 cup
- 1/4 cup Spanish or California paprika
- 1 tablespoon fine sea salt
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon white pepper, preferably freshly gound
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a glass jar with a lid, and seal tightly. Store at room temperature for up to 3 months.
