Oven Fried Mustard Chicken

  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 t. paprika
  • 1/3 c. dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 T. butter
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves, about 1 1/2 lbs.

Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

Heat oven to 425*. Combine bread crumbs, flour and paprika. Combine mustard, 3/4 t. salt, 1/4 pepper and 2 T. water. Melt the butter. Line a shallow pan with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Dip the chicken breasts in the mustard mixture, then coat with the crumb mixture. Put in prepared pan. Drizzle the butter over the chicken. Bake until browned and cooked through, 10 -15 minutes.
