Asparagus Roasted with Parmesan
- 1 1/2 lbs (2 bunches) Asparagus
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450F
Trim tough ends from asparagus
On a rimmed baking sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
Spread in a even layer
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Roast until asparagus is tender and cheese is melted, about 10 - 15 minutes.
