Seven Minute Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 Unbeaten egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
  • 1/3 cup Cold water
  • Dash Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients but vanilla in top of double boiler. Beat 1 minutes to blend. Place on top of double boiler, beating constantly until frosting forms stiff peaks - about 7 minutes. Don't overcook. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
