Ingredients

  • 2

    cups cashews soaked in water and drained and rinsed

  • 2

    Tbls olive oil

  • 2

    Tbls lemon juice

  • ½

    tsp sea salt

  • tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1

    small clove of garlic

  • ¼

    cup plus 2 Tbls water

  • 2

    Tbls nutritional yeast

Directions

Combine in food processor till smooth. For collard wraps take one or two collard green layered to make a nice size wrap Spread cashew cream down center. Add chopped tomatoes, shredded cabbage and or carrots and sprouts. Fold bottom up and then side to roll.
