Scallop Potatoes

  • onion
  • margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • milk
  • flour



Step 1

Peel potatoes then slice thinly and put in a greased casserole dish. Add slice onions, about 2 - 3 Tbsp margarine, salt and pepper, then sprinkle enough flour to cover the potatoes. Repeat this order until casserole is 3/4 full. Pour milk over potatoes until just about totally covered. Bake at 30 for 2 to 3 hours.
