Ingredients
- 1 ) 1 (29 oz.) can pure pumpkin Edit Delete
- 2 ) 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk Edit Delete
- 3 ) 3 eggs Edit Delete
- 4 ) 1 cup sugar Edit Delete
- 5 ) 1 teaspoon salt Edit Delete
- 6 ) 3 teaspoons cinnamon Edit Delete
- 7 ) 1 package yellow cake mix Edit Delete
- 8 ) 1 cup chopped pecans Edit Delete
- 9 ) 2 sticks melted butter Edit Delete
- 10 ) cool whip (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together, pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top and then cover with pecans. Pour melted butter over top. Bake 50 minutes. Put cool whip on top.
