Ingredients
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic spread
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine egg yolks, 1/4 cup water, mustard, vinegar, sugar and seasoned salt. Cook the sauce over low heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat. Blend in the garlic spread. Cool mixture thoroughly.
Whip the cream and fold into the cooled mustard mixture.
