Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 16 oz. cans sliced peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 5 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, brown sugar, salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Drain peaches (reserve juice). Add sugar and cornstarch to pan and boil two minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peaches. Pour on crust.

Combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cut in butter. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees fro 25-30 minutes.
