- 2 pckg chopped broccoli
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1/2 to 1 cup crushed and buttered Ritz
Cooking time 20mins
Cook broccoli 5 min in salted boiling water and drain.
Combine soup, mayo, eggs, onions and cheese.
Mix with broccoli, put crumbs on top. Bake at 400° for 20 min.
