Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 carrots - diced
- 4 celery - chopped
- 1 lg. onion - diced
- 3-4 potatoes - diced
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 liter half and half or 1 liter whipped cream
- 2 lg. cans niblet corn
- 2 lg. cans cream corn
- 2-3 chicken breasts - cooked and diced
- salt
- pepper
- poultry seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil, saute carrots,onions,celery a couple of minutes. Add potatoes and chicken broth. Cover. Simmer until tender.
Mix 2 tbsp. water and flour - stir into pot.
Add cream and niblet and cream corn. Add chicken breasts and salt,pepper and poultry seasoning to taste.
If too thick add milk.
