Ingredients

  • 1/2 c - Oleo
  • 1/2 c - vegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 c - Sugar
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla
  • 1/2 c - Sour Milk
  • 2 1/4 c - Flour
  • 1/4 c - Cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp - Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp - Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon
  • 2 c - Diced Zucchini without seeds and peeled

Step 1

Blend oil and zucchini in blender. Add other ingredients. Sprinkle 1/2 c. chocolate chips on top of cake and bake 40 min. at 350 degrees in 9x13 pan.
