BANANA CAKE ( Justin Sullivan)

Ingredients

• 1 ) 2/3 cup butter
• 2 ) 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 ) 2 eggs
• 4 ) 2 cups flour
• 5 ) 1 cup mashed over ripe banana
• 6 ) 1/3 cup sour milk (to make sour milk add 1 teaspoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon baking soda to milk)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, mashed bananas, flour, and sour milk, blend until mixed. Place in a greased "8.5 x 11" pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
