Directions

COMBINED THE RICE AND WATER, SALT AND BUTTER IN SAUCEPAN. BRING TO BOIL OVER HIGH HEAT, REDUCE THE HEAT TO LOW, STIR ONCE AND SIMMER COVERED FOR 15 MIN. TURN OFF THE HEAT AND ALLOW THE RICE TO SIT COVERED FOR 5 MIN. ADD THE PARSLEY, DILL, SCALLIONS AND PEPPER. FLUFF WITH FORK AND SERVE WARM
