  • 1 lb filo dough
  • 2 lbs large curd cottage cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 lb melted butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs until foamy, add flour and salt - add sour cream - mix well. Add cheese - fold in thoroughly - grease 9x 13 pan. Place 2 sheets in pan - pour 2 tbs utter over filo dough. Spread large spoons of cheese mixture on dough - repeat dough - butter - cheese until 2 sheets are left. Add last 2 sheets- pour butter over. Bake on 325° for 1 hour. Wait until room temperature before you cut - cut into squares. Filo dough might not fit in pan - if you have to, just fold over.
