Mexican Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cups instant rice

Preparation

Step 1

1.In saucepan over medium heat,bring water,salsa,and bouillon cubes to a boil
2.Stir in rice and remove from heat
3.Cover and let stand 6-8 min or until liquid is absorbed
4.Fluff with fork and serve
