Ingredients

  • 10 c - Ground Zucchini
  • 4 large onions ground
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 5 T - Salt
  • 2 c - White vinegar
  • 1 tsp - Dry mustard
  • 4 c - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • 2 tsp - Celery
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper
  • 1 heaping T - Cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well. Let stand overnight. Drain and rinse well with cold water. Drain well. Put in large kettle and add white vinegar, dry mustard, sugar, turmeric, celery seed, pepper, and cornstarch. SImmer 30 min stirring occasionally. Stir often for the last 10 min because it thickens. Fill in 6 pint jars and steam for 13 minutes.
