  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1/2 lb. Hormel Black Label bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled (about 2/3 c.)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inch, with paper baking cups.
Mix all ingredients except cheese and bacon just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fold in cheese and bacon. Divide batter among muffin cups. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes; cool 15 minutes. 12 muffins.
