  • 3 LBS CHICKEN BREASTS
  • 1 LARGE RED ONION DICED
  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
  • 2 STALKS CELERY DICED
  • 2 LARGE CARROTS, SLICED
  • 1/2 TSP SEA SALT
  • 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1/2 TSP BASIL
  • 1/4 TSP THYME
  • 1/4 TSP SAGE
  • 2 TBSP PARSLEY FLAKES
  • 10 OZ FROZEN PEAS
  • 2 1/2 CUP CHICKEN BROTH

PREP AND COOK CHICKEN BREASTS, DICE
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO CROCK POT
TURN ON LOW FOR 12 HR, OR TILL DONE
