Cream Cheese/Cinnamon Breakfast Pastry

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans of Crescent Rolls
  • 1 Egg Yoke
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 2-8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 1 T. Cinnamon
  • 1 stick Butter

Preparation

Step 1

9 x 13 Glass Pan Sprayed or greased

Put 1 can of crescent rolls in pan pinching openings to make it one piece of dough.

Mix the next 3 items (cream cheese, egg yoke and sugar) together. Spread on top of crescent rolls. Take the other can of crescent roll and put it on a piece of wax paper and pinch the openings together. Then put on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top of crescent roll. Melt butter and pour over the top of everything.

Bake @ 375o for 25 minutes.
